Our comprehensive maintenance program includes two precision tune-ups each year to help improve efficiency, extend the life of your equipment, and reduce the risk of unexpected breakdowns. Membership is $250 per system, with discounted pricing available for homes with multiple systems. You'll also enjoy priority service when you need us most, and if you're already enrolled in another maintenance plan, we'll honor the remaining time on your current agreement when you make the switch to River City Heating & Cooling.
River City Lifeguard Plan
- LifeGuard members get 2 yearly visits, 1 visit for each piece of equipment
- Keeps equipment running as efficiently as possible.
- Members do not pay for any overtime charges on after hours or weekend calls.
- Eliminates most nuisance equipment breakdowns by catching the issues before they happen.
- Most manufacturers require regular maintenance be performed on their equipment to keep warranty in place, this plan satisfies that requirement.

- $60/year kept in your account to redeem when new equipment is needed.
